Bookings and Services

  • Bookings for events or sessions at Clara's Corner are subject to availability and confirmation.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Cancellations:

  • 48+ hours before your session: Full refund (please allow 5-10 days for processing).

  • Less than 48 hours before your session: No refunds, but you may reschedule (charge applicable).

Rescheduling:

  • 48+ hours before your session: Free rescheduling.

  • Less than 48 hours before your session: £6 rescheduling fee to any available time slot within the next 2 weeks.

Late Notice:

  • After your session has started: Neither refunds nor rescheduling are available, as the time slot has passed and could not be resold.

GROUP BOOKINGS

  • Claras Corner will refund any group bookings cancelled 14 days before, any group bookings cancelled with less than 14 days notice before the event will not receive a refund- this is the case for non-exclusive parties.

EXCLUSIVE HIRE BIRTHDAY PARTIES

  • 6 weeks notice if cancelling for a full refund. If a party is cancelled less than 6 weeks notice then the hire fee is non-refundable however we will do our best to move the date for you as long as notified over 2 weeks notice before the original party date. Where possible, we will endeavour to move your party time, subject to availability.

Children's Safety

  • Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult while at Clara's Corner.

  • Safety rules and guidelines must be followed to ensure a safe environment. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website.
