Refund policy

Open plays

Customers wishing to cancel their play session must give at least 48 hours notice for a full refund. In this event a refund will be paid in full. Please note that refunds will take 5-10 days to be issued.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the play session you will not receive any refund. However, in this scenario we do offer the option of rescheduling your booking to anytime within the next 2 weeks and there will be an additional charge of £6.

No refunds or compensation will be payable by Clara’s Corner in the event that any participant is not permitted to, refused permission or decides not to, undertake or complete the session.

You may reschedule your booking 48 hours before the play session by emailing hello@clarascorner.co. If you want to reschedule than 48 hours before the play session there will be an additional charge of £6.

Group bookings

Claras Corner will refund any group bookings cancelled 14 days before, any group bookings cancelled with less than 14 days notice before the event will not receive a refund- this is the case for non-exclusive parties.

Exclusive hire birthday parties

6 weeks notice if cancelling for a full refund. If a party is cancelled less than 6 weeks notice then the hire fee is non-refundable however we will do our best to move the date for you as long as notified over 2 weeks notice before the original party date. Where possible, we will endeavour to move your party time, subject to availability.
